PHUBBING : THE NEW PANDEMIC IN MODERN ERA 


The term phubbing may be new to someone but it  has takenover almost whole world in practical life .Phubbing is an act of snubbing someone in favour of your phone .The term coined by Australian advtisment agency's   (Mcann) group director Adrian Mills .It has lots of  diverse effect on human psychlogy and physiology .Psychologist has done enumerous research upon it . They inferenced from their data that now a days phubbing is become among people . 

How Does It Effect Our Life

  • 2. Personal  
  • 3. Mental Health 
  • 4.Sleeping 
  • etc 


A person who is snubbing someone have very less attention span and it gets reduced drastically.

He/she feels isolated almost everytime .His/Her physiological and psychogical dimensions gets plummeted like anything 

Reason Behind It  

Resaon may looks simple but for genral public but it is not so simple. While we are using phone we try to search somthing, after that we turn to some other app or browsing other app .we can see clearly there  we get customized ads , videos ,posts etc . That may be luring to us and making us to get glued to that  phone screen . Once we doesnt got aware of this,  our screen time gets constantly increased. Which makes habbitual to us  to get connected to our phone . Social media sites are using a a panel of psychologist ,alogrithm , artificial inteligence to create content for us.More they were constantanly watching our digital footprints i,e they are observing our all  activities through AI . So they create content which can lure us and gets released our dopamin harmonn which is basically for instant plesaure and happiness



How to Overcome To It 

Human mind is very complex thing in  this world   which is not even control of human itself but if someone wants to understand it he can understand it and can gets little control  over it . So if someone try to be little alert about his action then he/she  can constructively use their phone . Self determination is the strongest to gets deaddicted to someyhing

  • Recognise this problem firstlly 
  • Morever one can change his/her routine 
  • Spares some time time with nature ,family , friends 
  • one can also adopt no phones or  gadgets day
  • one can try yoga and gyming to  gets their body fitness


these things  will surely help into gets someone's body and mind into some positive direction
